Football Grid is a free football grid game with a new puzzle every day. Each row and column shows a club, a nation or a career achievement, and you name a footballer who matches both for every cell. There is usually more than one right answer — the challenge is finding nine different players.
How to Play Football Grid
- Look at the 3x3 grid. Each row and each column has a criterion: a club, a nationality or an achievement.
- Tap a cell and type at least 3 letters of a player's name, then pick the player from the list.
- A correct answer must match both the row and the column of that cell. A wrong answer uses up the guess and locks the cell.
- You get 9 guesses for 9 cells, and each player can only be used once per grid.
- After 3 guesses you can give up. Share your emoji scorecard and come back tomorrow for a new grid.

Any club a player played senior football for counts, including loan spells. Achievements cover the Champions League, World Cup, Ballon d'Or, Premier League, European Championship and Golden Boot.
